ROOT BEER FREEZE

  • 6 oz. of water
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1 tsp. Splenda
  • ¼ tsp. root beer extract
  • 3 – 5 drops Sassafras oil flavoring (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar-free vanilla pudding (optional)

Combine all but the pudding in a blender and blend until ice is crushed. Add pudding, blend and serve.
