Day 23 – The Free Window!

This is how you take the thought of a “diet”, and create a “lifestyle change”. And the difference, one is strict, difficult to follow, has a beginning, and an end. The other, is realistic, approachable, and attainable. Not to hash on diets, but if you don’t commit to the lifestyle change, it makes it very difficult to maintain that weight loss.

Step 1

Read the article, and realize that this tool is the one thing that will enable you to take this from a temporary diet period to a total lifestyle change. We, as a clinic, have seen more success coming off people that practiced the free window than those that did not.

Step 2

Don’t forget to do your walking. Today you need to walk 1+ mile in at least 27 minutes.
