Backyard Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients:
1 pound asparagus
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup Lea & Perrin sauce (“The Original Worcestershire Sauce”)
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation:
Prepare grill for High Heat.
Place asparagus in a square pan or large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over asparagus and let set for at least 15 minutes. Grill over hot grill for 3 minutes turning repeatedly.

Its stalks are high in antioxidants. Six spears contain around 135 micrograms (μg) of folate, that’s almost half the adult RDI (recommended daily intake). Green asparagus is a good source of vitamin C too!
