This is an amazing dessert.
1 16-ounce tub of 0% Fage Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mixed berries (if frozen, allow them to thaw before using)
4 tsp (or packets) of turbinado sugar also called “sugar in the raw”
2 strawberry cut and fanned out on top (after baked)
Stir in 1 tsp of vanilla extract into the Greek yogurt.
Spoon mixed berries into the bottom of 4 (4-ounce) ramekins, then fill ramekins with Greek yogurt. Sprinkle raw sugar on top. Place ramekins on a baking sheet under broiler until sugar caramelizes, watching carefully so it doesn’t burn. Allow to cool slightly. Place strawberry slices on top and serve immediately.
