Fruit Dip

Serve dip with apple and pear slices. Peanut butter can replace almond butter.
Ingredients
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons almond butter
1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
1-2 teaspoons skim milk
Apple and pear slices
Preparation:
Place cottage cheese, almond butter and apple pie spice in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend or process until smooth. If necessary, stir in enough milk to make dip of desired consistency.
