Delicious Guacamole

Servings: 4
Serve with meat or on top of a salad for a delicious side dish!
Ingredients:
3 avocados – peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 lime, fresh, juiced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup white onion, diced
3 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
Preparation:
In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork. Add the lime juice, and salt, mash. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
