How It Works

Congratulations!

You have taken to first step towards achieving the fitness goals you’ve always wanted.  You will soon have the tools to work towards the goals you have set.  Here’s some instructions to help you through the process.

Step 1:

Go to the Programs Tab and select the program that best matches your needs:

After selecting the program you desire, click to add to cart.

Step 3:

Once you’ve added it to the cart and paid, you will set up a user name and password.

Step 4:

Next, you’ll be able to download the fitness guide with instructions on measuring body composition.  The calipers will be shipped to you.

Step 5:

Fill out the Optimal Health Patient Form.
This form is only available once you are logged in.

Step 6:

Take the time to read through the guide. Understand what the measurements mean to the program. Start working out, check out the full access to the site, watch videos, read the articles, etc.

Step 7:

Once you receive the calipers, take the full body measurements, and fill out the Body Measurement Form.

Step 8:

Now begins the magic.  Once we receive the Forms, we will start on the menus, the workout plans, etc.

You’ve already shown you’re committed, now stay with us, let us do what we do best, and together, we’ll get your body where you want it to be!!
