Margarita Pork Tenderloin

Servings: 6
Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 green onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
3 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
½ lime, squeezed
1 ½ Tbsp. tequila
½ orange, squeezed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp chili powder
2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins
Preparation:
Combine first 10 ingredients in a shallow dish or large plastic zip-top freezer bag. Cut pork diagonally into 1” thick slices. Add tequila mixture. Cover or seal. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade.
Grill:
Grill covered with grill lid, over high heat (if using charcoal grill, coals will be white when heat is high), for 3-4 minutes on each side or until done. Turn meat about 3-4 times while grilling.
