First Workout Card

 

 

This is my first workout plan, written for me by the owner of Newell’s Fitness Center in 1980. My father bought me a gym membership after I trained at home with sand filled weights for about a year.  I was benching a whopping 29 lbs and leg pressing 82 lbs.  I am not to far from that amount of weight now, but I am bigger…Weight lifting for life! Nothing better!
