ROOT BEER FREEZE
- 6 oz. of water
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 1 tsp. Splenda
- ¼ tsp. root beer extract
- 3 – 5 drops Sassafras oil flavoring (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar-free vanilla pudding (optional)
Combine all but the pudding in a blender and blend until ice is crushed. Add pudding, blend and serve.
